Miss Susie

I impressed my teacher, Miss Susie, a few days ago with my worldy knowledge. I informed her that humpback whales have baleen teeth, tigers have stripes, and that daddy lions have beards. Those beards are called manes. Did you know that?

This morning, I couldn't wait to show off again and tell Miss Susie that Mako sharks are the fastest sharks and that whale sharks eat plankton. I know she'll be impressed.

Mommy and Daddy tell me I'm really smart. But I knew that already. They heard me singing my ABC's in my room a few days ago, and when Mommy was reading me a book, I counted to 12 all by myself. Mommy's been trying to teach me how to spell my name, but I'm not interested in that. I want to learn about sharks!
